HOW TO ORDER
Ordering online is the quickest method, but if you have any difficulties please call us on (+44) 020 3151 4100 and we'll do our best to help. Our office is open during normal business hours, but at weekends the office line is closed for cycling. Our answer phone messages are emailed to us and we'll always get back to you on Monday morning (barring national holidays). Occasionally, your call might not be answered if we’re out on our bikes or sleeping, but we'll always get back to you as soon as we can. Or email us on email@example.com. We always aim to reply with 24 hours on weekdays, usually far sooner.
If we receive your order before 1 o'clock (13:00), Monday to Friday, we will despatch it the same day. If we receive your order after 1 o'clock, we'll send it on the next working day. So if you order on a Friday we'll send it on the Monday. If we receive your order at the weekend, we'll send it on the Monday. Generally, we will always try to send your order asap. Nobody likes waiting! Most customers receive their parcels very quickly. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will confirm that with you by email within a day of it being sent. We offer two delivery options: Standard and Express. Please consider using a different delivery address (for instance, your work address) if you’re likely to be out. Approximate delivery times, in working days from the day of sending, are:

The Standard service is FREE with in the UK. For the Express service and non-UK charges, please click on delivery charges.
UK customers never pay for standard shipping, whatever you buy. Vulpine ships parcels to customers all over the world every day and, if you choose our 'Standard' service and spend £100 or more, there are NO SHIPPING CHARGES. If you want to get your parcel especially quickly, you can choose 'Express' at the Checkout and the charges in the table above will apply. You can see estimated delivery times for each service here.

Import Tax If your country taxes imports, you may be charged duty by your local tax office. Most of our parcels fall below the threshold for customs duty but if you are in doubt, it is worth checking the position locally, as Vulpine can't pay your import taxes. I’m afraid we are unable to offer advice on your country’s import laws and rates. When we send packages outside the UK, we are obliged to state what the goods are and their sale value. We can only put the true figure on. If you reject a parcel because you don’t want to pay the import duties, it will be returned to us. In those circumstances, we will politely ask you to meet the cost of resending. VAT If you are a UK or EU (European Union) resident, we are required to charge you UK Sales Tax or ‘Value Added Tax’ (VAT). This is currently 20% of your order. If you're outside the EU and the address you’ve asked us to deliver to is also outside the EU, you don’t have to pay VAT and your shopping basket will automatically remove it. Please note though, that if you ask us to send the goods to an address inside the EU, the exemption doesn’t apply and VAT will be added on again. Here is a handy set of rules for VAT application:

Our website won't, we're afraid, allow you to override these rules. For instance, if you’re in the UK, you can’t choose $ pricing as a way of not paying VAT, because if we let you we'd be hauled in to jail, never to be seen again.
