In this conclusion to our Budapest series, I’ll be giving you all the details of how the trip came together, as well as sharing a few of my own images and final thoughts. We had an amazing time exploring this beautiful and vibrant city, as well as the surrounding hills, and would highly recommend it as a cycling destination!

With spring blooming into summer across Europe, we set off to explore somewhere a bit different. Hungary’s beautiful capital Budapest provided the perfect base to cycle city and country. As it turned out, some unpredictable Hungarian weather gave us the opportunity to test out our kit in every condition; from baking sun to thunderstorms, on city tarmac, country roads, and gravel paths…which transformed into total mud baths.
For the launch of the exclusive Hoy Vulpine Palmarès Jersey and Cap to honour Sir Chris Hoy’s achievements on the track, Vulpine travelled up to Glasgow for a photoshoot with Chris himself at the most appropriate location we could think of; the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome.
