After road-testing the Spring/Summer 2017 collection for a weekend on the streets of Seville, we asked our cyclist models which were their favourite garments from the shoot.
Workshirt. Because: pockets. To me, the fabric, the utility, concept & cut all represent Vulpine’s ethos & direction since launch: simpler garments that pack more value & versatility.
Selvedge denim. Space trousers are cool but only in certain days. Denim is forever. I still wear the first pair from Vulpine’s first foray into jeans & the latest iteration fit & look better than ever. Jeans that work well on the bike & off are with their weight in gold.
I am NEVER taking this sweatshirt off. It has a great slightly tailored shape which is really flattering, plus it’s live-in-it soft soft and so comfortable.
Its difficult to chose just one favourite so I settled on a combo ; the ‘Extrafine Merino T-shirt’ & ‘Tailored Grey trouser’. They both fitted really well which is brilliant when a brand gets that right !- and Vulpine has. In London I cycle from workshop to meeting to antique / salvage yard sourcing furniture — these pieces have been great to deal with each scenario… and the colour option are on just right!
I’d been testing these leggings during their development so they have been a firm favourite for a while now. They are super comfortable, both on and off the bike, I could live in them every day. I love the heather grey colour of these ones – for a sporty look, I’ll pair with the seamless racerback top and trackside jacket; for the office I’ll wear them with a long shirt for a smarter style. Versatile, stylish & comfy – what’s not to like?!
