Frozen Bananas:

What food is synonymous with cycling?

Bananas innit! But they can get a bit boring, and what if you buy too many?

Take a black, over-ripe banana (no green or yellow ones, no no no).
Peel.
Wrap in foil.
Freeze.
Eat.

They go creamy, just like proper banana ice-cream, but with nothing added and no work except peeling and wrapping (yea yea, I know. AND opening freezer door. Twice.)

That’s it! GET IN.

P.S: You can dip them in chocolate and nuts and stuff, but then the ‘nutritious’ bit gets thrown out the window, even though I’m SURE you earnt it!
