• If your item is in stock (the stock pull-down menu will tell you) and we receive your order before 1 o'clock (13:00), Monday to Friday, we will despatch it the same day.
• If we receive your order after 1 o'clock, we'll send it on the next working day, unless you order on a Friday, in which case we'll send it on the Monday.
• If we receive your order at the weekend, we'll send it on the Monday.

Generally, we will always try to send your order asap. Nobody likes waiting!

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will confirm that with you by email at the end of the day.

We offer two delivery options: Standard and Express. Both require a signature on delivery, so please consider using a different delivery address (for instance, your work address) if you’re likely to be out. Approximate delivery times, in working days from the day of sending, are:
